HearBuilder Sequencing 3.17

Our research-based software program, recognized for its excellence, is now available as an iPad app! Students begin their journey in the Sequencing Fun House, proceed to the Arcade to utilize their tokens, and eventually reach the prestigious rank of Sequencing Superstars. HearBuilder Sequencing offers 120 illustrated sequences designed to enhance comprehension and critical thinking skills. It starts with simple 2-step sequences and advances up to 6 steps.

HearBuilder Sequencing provides various levels of difficulty and 14 distinct setting variations to cater to the individual requirements of each student. In this interactive game, students arrange events of everyday activities in a logical sequence. The following steps outline how to engage with the app:

1. Choose a task — either Sequence Stories or Sequence Instructions.
2. Select Show Pictures, Play Audio, and/or Show Text options based on treatment goals.
3. Define the range of steps in a sequence (2–6 steps).
4. Click Play Game and have each student arrange the cards in the correct order.

Upon achieving an 80% accuracy level in a given stage, students earn tokens and get to enjoy entertaining arcade games.

With HearBuilder Online, users can:

• Access all four HearBuilder programs — Following Directions, Phonological Awareness, Auditory Memory, and Sequencing.
• Monitor progress and collect student data effectively.
• Personalize program settings for each student.
• Adjust difficulty levels for different activities.
• Introduce background noise at various levels and customize volume settings for individual students.
